Brownie Mary's Brownies

Equipment:
- mixing bowl
- double boiler pan
- oven pan (9 x 12in)
- baking rack
Ingredients:
- 6 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 6 oz cannabutter
- 2 cups honey
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
- The chocolate needs to melt in a double-boiler pan, then the cannabutter and honey are mixed in.
- Next, add the eggs swiftly followed by the salt, vanilla, and flour.
- Pour batter into a greased 9 x 12in oven pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 375º. Do NOT overbake. Stick a toothpick in brownies-when it comes out cleanly, brownies are done.
- Let the brownies cool and set on a baking rack for 1 hour before cutting.
- Brownies can be cut into 2in squares and can be frozen or served with coffee or a refreshing tea.
